LRST – VFD MODEL
Description
- Most efficient – LRST Machine has a wide operating band from 25% to 100% speed, making it one of the most efficient machines on the market.
- Low Energy Package Power – Featuring the latest oil cooled IP65 permanent motor with increased efficiency over an IE3 motor. The motor has a high operating temperature of 180 degree centigrade to ensure any motor demagnetization does not occur.
- Ultra-Quite – The machine have a low operating noise of 68dB(A).
- Constant Pressure – Vent to achieve constant pressure state, reflect the true sense of energy saving
Easy to maintain – A simple flip top design means that all components are easily accessible for maintenance.
- Air end Life – Air end designed life is 1,00,000 hrs, however we recommend overhauling in 30,000 hrs.

C-AIR – BELT DRIVEN
Description
BELT EFFICIENCY
- Martin pulley made in USA & OPT belt made in Germany to ensure a transmission efficiency no less than 98% and a service life 3–5 times of those driving systems made locally.
HIGH EFFICIENCY AIREND
- C-Air rotor profile allows for broader sealing between the rotor, which increases efficiency by 5–10%.
- Large rotor diameter allows for high efficiency at low rotational speed, providing extended life & low noise.
- Oversized dual back-to-back taper roller bearing effectively retains the rotor position during load, unload, and starting conditions.
INTERCONNECTING PIPE
- All steel pipeline & flexible connections eliminate leakage & downtime.
Multi Safety Protection
- We exclusively use Siemens control gear to ensure that the compressor runs smoothly and stably.
- All round safety features include over-pressure, temperature, current, and motor temperature protection.
HEAVY-DUTY AIR FILTER (WITH PRE FILTER)
- Heavy Duty Air filter with pre-filter with High Efficiency & Low Pressure loss.
- Ensures stable normal operation of the machine under complicated working conditions by controlling the quality of intake air at the compressor source.
